Complex sites or sites requiring significant cleanup or remediation may require a separate quote before onboarding.
No. Monthly support hours are reserved for your site during that billing period and do not roll over to the following month. This helps us maintain predictable availability and dedicated capacity for each client.
Additional support and development work is billed at $45/hour. For larger requests, new features, or work that requires more time, we’ll review the scope and provide a quote before starting. You’ll always know the expected cost before we take on work outside your included plan.
You remain responsible for the costs of your hosting, domain, email, and premium third-party services or subscriptions, unless we’ve specifically agreed otherwise. WPValet can help manage or troubleshoot these services as part of your support, but their subscription or usage fees are separate from your WPValet plan.
